SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our website, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Roof Repair Corp sent from or on behalf of the number 1-800-528-0766. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Inspection scheduling updates
- Contractor match notifications
- Follow-up messages related to your roofing inquiry
- Promotional offers related to roofing services (if opted in)
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message sent from 1-800-528-0766. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Consent not required: Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Roof Repair Corp or RoofKnock.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RoofKnock website (roofknock.com) or submitting a lead inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms are entered into between you and Roof Repair Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
RoofKnock is a platform operated by Roof Repair Corp that connects homeowners with pre-screened roofing contractors. We facilitate introductions between homeowners and contractors but are not a roofing contractor ourselves. All roofing work is performed by independent contractors in our network.
3. User Representations
By submitting a lead form or contacting us, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the authority to authorize roofing work on the property provided.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- The phone number provided belongs to you and you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
4. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Roof Repair Corp and its network contractors via phone, email, and/or text message (including automated messages from 1-800-528-0766) regarding your roofing inquiry. 5. $5,000 Homeowner Guarantee
The $5,000 Homeowner Guarantee is subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of contractor engagement. The guarantee applies to verified RoofKnock network contractors and specific qualifying circumstances. Contact us for full guarantee terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roof Repair Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any roofing work performed by network contractors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Roof Repair Corp in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
